The beginning of the school year can be very stressful for families living in poverty. Parents often have to choose between buying school supplies or putting food on the table. School supplies are critical to help students feel prepared to succeed.
To start the academic year off right, Communities In Schools is holding its annual school supply drive –Pack the Bus. We have hundreds of children to assist and your generosity is greatly appreciated to provide much needed school supplies.
Join us on at H-E-B locations in Seguin, Bulverde, Schertz and New Braunfels on August 6th for the day of the drive or drop off school supply. Local business and organizations will be collection sites during the month of July. Click HERE to see a complete list of collection sites.
